Responsibilities Lead and coordinate an average team of 30 employees (internal and external); Ensure operational organization, especially during peak hours, avoiding loss of control; Monitor and ensure compliance with operational checklists; Perform inventory control and counting, tracking receipts, issues, and waste; Manage and organize mandatory unit documentation; Oversee operational spreadsheets; Respond to requests from the Nutritionist, Franchise, and Sanitary Surveillance, maintaining store compliance; Assist with payroll closing; Manage employee documentation and issue warnings when necessary; Handle cash register opening, closing, and fiscal reconciliation; Provide clear and constructive feedback to the team; Exercise leadership with emotional balance, tact, and humanity. Requirements: Reside nearby; Intermediate Excel skills; Prior experience in restaurant leadership or related areas.
