Route planning and fleet monitoring A Waste Management Company seeks an Operational Supervisor in Duque de Caxias. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and control waste transportation operations, ensuring route adherence and deadline compliance. Manage driver and assistant teams, overseeing performance, shift scheduling, and operational routines. Plan routes and monitor collections and deliveries in coordination with field teams. Monitor the fleet via tracking systems to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Control operational documentation and prepare operation monitoring reports. Interface with customers to align requirements, address incidents, and support continuous service improvement initiatives. Previous experience as an Operational Supervisor, Operations Coordinator, Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
