Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Maintenance Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and tool organization **JOB OPENING: MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** We are looking for a committed, proactive professional willing to join our maintenance team, providing support for preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in performing electrical, hydraulic, civil, and building maintenance services; * Support minor repairs in masonry, painting, cladding, and finishes; * Assist in inspection and conservation of equipment, facilities, and building systems; * Perform basic organization and control of tools and work materials; * Support the technical team in addressing daily operational demands; * Contribute to the conservation, cleaning, and safety of the workplace. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in building maintenance is desirable; * Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and minor civil repairs; * Responsible, organized profile with strong teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in shopping centers, condominiums, commercial or industrial buildings; * Basic courses in building, electrical, or hydraulic maintenance. **We Offer:** * Salary of R$ 2.000,00 + 30% HAZARDOUS WORK ALLOWANCE **Schedule / Shift:** * 6x1 shift schedule, working from 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM, subject to change based on departmental needs.
