The **Marketing Assistant** is responsible for supporting communication initiatives, advertising campaigns, and events at West Shopping Rio Condominium, contributing to brand strengthening and ensuring a positive experience for customers and retailers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the creation and execution of promotional and institutional campaigns; * Assist in managing social media and internal communication; * Collaborate in organizing and monitoring shopping center events; * Monitor budgets and supplier quotations; * Keep promotional materials and departmental reports updated. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields is a plus); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Knowledge of social media platforms and design tools; * Organizational skills, creativity, and proactivity.
