Job Summary: An active and inbound telesales professional responsible for WhatsApp-based customer service, preparing sales proposals, scheduling visits, monitoring sales representatives, and handling post-sales activities. Proactivity and perseverance required Main Responsibilities of the Candidate: Active and Inbound Telesales Customer service via WhatsApp; preparation of sales budget proposals; Scheduling visits for sales representatives' budget proposals; monitoring sales representatives; Post-sales follow-up on budget proposals not closed by sales representatives; other commercial duties and administrative support. Requirements: Commitment to work; ability to work under pressure to meet monthly targets; proactive and perseverant approach to customer service; residence near Jacarepaguá; proven sales experience documented in employment record (minimum of 2 years). Flexible availability; completed high school diploma (minimum requirement). Fixed salary + commission. Earnings above market average, contingent upon meeting established targets. Applicants must reside in Jacarepaguá.
