We are looking for a Unit Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our own clinics, guaranteeing beneficiary reception, team performance, and quality delivery of healthcare services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Medical staffing and schedule management to ensure productivity * Implement and monitor clinical and administrative protocols. * Ensure patient care quality and compliance with regulatory standards. * Manage resources and materials required for clinic operations. * Resolve internal conflicts and foster a collaborative environment. * Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to service improvements. * Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions. * Perform system entries * Control and organize fiscal documents * Verify invoices and manage payment deadlines * Bill health insurance authorization forms. * Manage inventory of administrative and clinical supplies. * Assist in preparing administrative reports. * Process physician reimbursements. * Support healthcare professionals with administrative tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree. * Postgraduate degree in Management and/or Healthcare Management is desirable. * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare. * Knowledge of hospital management systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to interact effectively with the public * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical protocols. * Ability to make strategic decisions and manage multidisciplinary teams. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: R$42.00/ * Transportation Allowance * Birthday Day Off * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Total Pass (wellness and physical activity) * Discounts with educational institutions We are **Leve Saúde**, the healthtech operator that launched in Rio de Janeiro in September 2020, dedicated to individuals over 45 years old seeking high-quality, affordable healthcare.
