Join us in driving this transformation! **Location: Casa Shopping \-** Avenida Ayrton Senna \-2150 \- Barra \- Rio de Janeiro \- RJ. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide, technically support, and supervise the execution of required services, including those performed by third-party contractors, in accordance with internal and technical specifications (e.g., fraud or anomalies); * Conduct customer interactions, negotiate on-site with delinquent customers, and perform property registration updates through site inspections, fulfilling received service orders (SOs); * Ensure third-party contractors comply with safety requirements, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), through supervision and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS); * Inspect, address, and report fraud cases identified in the field using photographs and service orders; * Develop projects for network/water system expansion, reconfiguration, and replacement based on field verification of fraud occurrences; * Operate company vehicles to carry out external tasks, reporting any incidents and ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, vehicle maintenance, and safety standards; * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid and definitive Class B driver's license (CNH B).
