Conduct daily inspections to monitor activities carried out in departments according to a predefined checklist; Supervise the distribution of cleaning materials and products to departments, verifying identification labels on containers; Monitor terminal cleaning by completing an effectiveness checklist and identifying necessary repairs, requesting them from the department head; Guide employees in performing tasks and evaluate their performance; Monitor employee attendance, adjusting task assignments and/or reassigning staff as needed; Stay updated and keep employees informed about techniques and proper use of equipment and products; Implement the Departmental Action Plan together with the work team; Maintain strict control over consumable materials. Desired education and experience: Proven work experience (as evidenced by employment record), completed high school education, and prior experience in the Services field.
