**Responsibilities:** Support the daily operations of a Japanese cuisine restaurant focused on delivery, ensuring speed and accuracy in tasks; correctly read orders and prepare portions according to the restaurant’s standards; assist with pre\-preparation, preparation, and plating of Japanese menu items; maintain organization and cleanliness of the work environment; follow hygiene regulations and good food handling practices; collaborate with the team to ensure quality and efficiency in service, especially during peak hours. **Requirements:** Previous experience as a kitchen assistant; agility and attention to detail (portion accuracy is essential!); ability to read orders accurately; organizational skills; availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Location:** Barra da Tijuca – RJ **Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$ 100\), transportation voucher, meals provided on site, and a birthday day off. **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 schedule (one weekly day off \+ one Sunday per month), from 4:30 PM to 12:20 AM OR 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM Job Type: Full\-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience as a hot kitchen assistant? * Which neighborhood do you live in?
