Responsibilities and Duties: * Assist in pre-preparation and preparation of food, including precise cutting of vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients. * Skillfully and efficiently prepare meats, hamburgers, and grilled items on the griddle. * Ensure presentation and quality standards in final plating, following the Chef’s specifications. * Maintain organization and impeccable hygiene in the workplace (kitchen, utensils, and equipment), adhering to sanitary inspection regulations. * Support dishwashing, pot cleaning, and maintenance of all kitchen utensils. * Act proactively and responsibly in all tasks assigned by management. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience required in the role of Kitchen Assistant, specifically in: o Plating and finalizing dishes. o Handling and preparing foods on the griddle (meats, hamburgers, grilled items). o Vegetable cutting techniques and general food preparation. * Proactive, dynamic, and demonstrating strong responsibility. * Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate efficiently with all team members. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
