Leadership development and succession planning **Position Objective:** Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing Human Resources strategies, aligning people management practices with business objectives, ensuring organizational development, talent attraction and retention, and compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company's strategic planning * Manage HR subsystems: recruitment and selection, training and development, positions and salaries, organizational climate, and performance evaluation * Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting people management-related decision-making * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations * Manage HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, etc.), proposing continuous improvements * Lead leadership development and succession planning programs * Supervise personnel administration processes (payroll, benefits, time tracking, onboarding, and offboarding) * Promote organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives * Manage the HR department budget
