We provide professional transportation services to corporate travelers and international clients worldwide. We are seeking an **independent contractor** to support our customer service and operations team at our **Brazil office**. Responsibilities * Provide customer service support to international clients in English * Follow up on quotes and convert them into bookings * Conduct outbound calls and cold outreach when necessary * Handle time\-sensitive requests in a fast\-paced environment Requirements * Fluent English (written and spoken) * Experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, or international business * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Ability to issue invoices as an independent contractor (MEI equivalent) * Availability to provide services on weekends and holidays, as required Differentials * Experience in sales, quoting, reservations, or customer service * Strong communication and phone skills * Comfortable with follow\-ups and outbound calls * High attention to detail when preparing quotes * Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Service Details * Estimated availability: 40–50 hours per week * Compensation defined contractually and paid via invoice * Services performed on\-site at our **Brazil office** Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
