We seek a committed, attentive professional with **prior experience in vehicle protection associations**, to monitor systems and support members. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicles and tracking systems; * Monitor real-time alerts and incidents, taking necessary actions; * Provide support and assistance to members; * Record information and service interactions in the system; * Support administrative and operational teams as needed; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexible availability; * **Prior experience in vehicle protection associations.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in monitoring, tracking, or customer service; * Familiarity with vehicle security and location systems. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Opportunity for professional growth.
