Assist in resolving daily issues and reducing waste. A civil construction company is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern in Gravataí. **Responsibilities:** Conduct training on work instructions for operational staff. Monitor the execution of services to ensure compliance with the quality management system. Perform post-completion service inspections and complete the PIS form. Manage resolution of outstanding service items. Assist in occupational safety in accordance with current regulations. Support the site manager and engineering assistant in implementing best practices for waste reduction, financial and environmental resource conservation, organization, and cleanliness. Assist in resolving daily problems by reallocating tasks, releasing services, and controlling the quality and quantity of work performed. Position based in Gravataí / RS.
