Job Summary:
A Sales Associate responsible for serving customers, promoting products, organizing inventory, managing individual sales, and participating in meetings and training sessions.
Key Highlights:

3. Tracking individual sales targets and performance results.
· Sell the right product to the right customer at the right time, using appropriate promotional materials;
· Promote store products by highlighting benefits that differentiate them from competitors;
· Provide services to customers by guiding them during sales and assisting them with after-sales support;
· Organize products in inventory;
· Attend monthly, weekly meetings and training sessions conducted by the store manager/franchisee or franchisor/consultant.
· Open/close the store according to company-specified hours;
· Deliver in-store customer service, ensuring quality and adherence to LGE standards, aiming to foster customer loyalty and generate sales, while correctly applying the "turn list" practice in INDEVA.
· Complete sales transactions via the point-of-sale (POS) system.
· Manage daily individual sales performance (Target, TM, PA, TC, PM, and product-line-specific metrics), and strive to improve them.
· Monitor daily INDEVA metrics and targets.
· Maintain a personal customer portfolio, conduct after-sales follow-up, promote campaigns, promotions, and new collection launches under the supervision of the store manager.
· Study and implement all current in-store promotional activities to maximize sales.
· Maintain attractive sales sections by restocking, pricing, tagging, organizing, and applying VM techniques.
· Conduct sales according to payment terms and conditions established by management;
· Verify received goods against delivery invoices;
· Enter invoices into the system upon request by the manager;
· Open shipping packages and inspect merchandise;
· Label merchandise;
· Inform customers about product delivery when online sales occur;
· Notify customers about promotions;
· Arrange merchandise in inventory;
· Sort merchandise for inventory counts;
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)
Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month
