Come transform the future with us and be part of a story that cares, protects, and makes a difference. **Join our team and build a purpose-driven career!** **Responsibilities and duties** #### **Job Objective:** Responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing blower machines, ensuring their full functionality for efficient, uninterrupted production while guaranteeing quality and safety in the process. #### **Responsibilities:** * **Blower Machine Operation:** Operate blower machines according to production specifications and safety standards. * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on blower machines to ensure their availability and operational efficiency. * **Adjustments and Configurations:** Carry out necessary technical adjustments and configurations on machines to meet production demands and product specifications. * **Fault Diagnosis:** Identify faults, perform diagnostics, and execute timely mechanical repairs to minimize production impact. * **Inspection and Testing:** Conduct regular inspections of machines, performing performance and quality tests to ensure proper operation. * **Quality Control:** Monitor production quality and report any anomalies or deviations in manufacturing processes. * **Parts and Materials Management:** Track usage and replenishment of parts and materials required for machine operation and maintenance. * **Team Training:** Participate in technical training sessions on machines and processes, and share knowledge with other team members. * **Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date records of performed maintenance, replaced parts, and fault occurrences. **Requirements and qualifications** #### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience operating and maintaining blower machines (preferably in plastic or similar industries). * **Knowledge:** Knowledge of industrial mechanics, blow molding processes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * **Skills:** Ability to quickly and efficiently identify and resolve mechanical and operational issues.
