We also specialize in developing new technologies and scanning technology. **DETAILS:** * Position: Industrial Planning Engineer \- Engineering Services for Planning Support * Work Location: Duque de Caxias – RJ * Provide solutions and perform tasks related to planning and physical and financial control processes of Projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher education degree: Engineering * Minimum proven experience of 7 (seven) years, including at least 3 (three) years in the Oil and Gas industry * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Advanced Primavera * MS Project * Advanced Excel **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and revise, when necessary, detailed Physical and Financial Schedules; * Conduct studies and simulations of the detailed schedule; * Identify and manage the network of dependencies among activities included in the detailed Physical and Financial Schedule; * Define and develop analysis of labor, material, and equipment histograms; * Analyze contractual technical documentation related to project planning and control; * Prepare presentations of technical planning data during meetings and events; * Analyze and integrate constructability and interoperability between the schedule, detailing (3D CAD), and 4D tools; * Monitor and control project planning, procurement, and SMPs information; * Study and develop models of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); * Perform analysis and studies on project risk management; * Develop and execute production scheduling monitoring and control processes; * Develop and execute monitoring and control processes for production scheduling during shutdowns, per work shift; * Constructability (CM/Engineering/Design \- BIM); * Monitor and control the contract's financial schedule, aligned with the price sheet and financial WBS; * Conduct monthly reviews of planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control practices to ensure consistency among documents issued by the CONTRACTOR, compliance with contractual requirements, and alignment with the actual status of activities at their respective execution sites; * Monitor and control contractor performance indicators through SIG; * Evaluate action plans for deviations in planning documents and monitor and control the implementation of corrective actions; * Monitor construction planning progress as defined by EPC contractors, including working at heights (NR 35\).
