




Job Summary: Opportunity to support training needs assessment, training organization and logistical support, as well as assist in managing learning platforms and onboarding programs. Maintain up-to-date area controls and documentation **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support training needs assessment (TNA) with business units; Organize and provide logistical support for in-person and online training sessions; Manage registrations, attendance lists, certificates, and training records; Update and monitor Training & Development (T&D) area indicators and reports; Populate and administer learning management systems (LMS); Support new employee onboarding programs; Provide support to internal trainers and external vendors; Assist in communication and promotion of training initiatives; Maintain up-to-date area controls and documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields; Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; Interest in people development and corporate education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Industrial experience is desirable. **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** Proactivity; Teamwork; Ability to learn quickly; Good time management; Interpersonal skills.
