Technical Documentation Assistant (Fixed-Term Position \- 6 Months) **Key Responsibilities:** * Govern and manage data in the PAS\-X system for manufacturing, packaging, and cleaning, ensuring data remains up-to-date and compliant with quality, EHS, regulatory, operational, and efficiency (OEE) requirements; * Create, verify, test, and update MBRs, ESPs, GMBRs, PVLs, and PMBRs as required to support projects, actions, and change controls; * Create, review, and approve master data in the PAS\-X system (e.g., drawings, equipment, status diagrams, CX, material compatibility groups, etc.); * Ensure full alignment between PAS\-X and respective global guidelines and local procedures; * Provide operational support to production as needed, collaborating with SMEs to investigate and resolve MBR execution issues and interface with MERP. **Why YOU?** **Your Qualifications:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability to work at our Jacarepaguá factory in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). **Job Posting End Date** 2026\-05\-22**Equal Opportunities** ----------------------- Haleon is committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
