





Support Technician – School in Jacarepaguá Location: Jacarepaguá – RJ Model: In-person **About the role:** We are looking for a Support Technician to work at a school located in Jacarepaguá. The professional will be responsible for supporting daily technological operations, attending to, registering, and resolving low-complexity incidents and requests, ensuring efficient, courteous service focused on problem resolution. **Requirements:** Technical or higher education (completed or in progress) in Information Technology related fields; Previous experience in Service Desk or Help Desk support; Basic knowledge of Windows, Office Suite, Networks, and Remote Access Tools; Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work in a team; Proactive and organized profile. **Responsibilities:** Provide on-site user support; Register, categorize, prioritize, and track technical tickets; Perform remote first-level support for Requests and Incidents (e.g., system questions, basic software and hardware support); Perform incident triage; Escalate complex incidents and requests to higher support levels; Assist users with productivity tools such as Office suite, web browsers, corporate systems, among others. **Preferred (not required):** Computer assembly and maintenance Knowledge of Linux Basic concepts of Computer Networking.
