Job Summary:
The professional will provide customer service and technical and financial support, negotiate debts, perform new activations, technology migrations and contract renewals, and prevent cancellations.

- Provide friendly and objective customer service;
- Identify customer needs and deliver technical and financial support via telephone and chat;
- Negotiate debts, always seeking the best solution for customers within company policies and procedures;
- Perform new activations, technology migrations, and contract renewals;
- Prevent cancellations (customer retention);
- Provide information about products and services;
- Sell equipment and accessories;
- Conduct banking analyses, payment processing of receivables, and issuance of bank remittance and return files;
- Register and remove records from credit protection agencies;
- Track and send customer invoices (NF).
Prerequisites:
- Completed high school education, customer service experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Advantageous if prior experience in the telecommunications field.
Work Schedule:
12x36 shift rotation
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: Starting at R$1.748,86 per month
