Support for internal marketing and internal communication We are a communications agency specialized in marketing and consulting, located in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, and we are looking for an intern to work in the Human Resources area. **Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, candidate contact, and interview scheduling); * Assist with onboarding and integration routines for new employees; * Organize and maintain updated files and documents; * Support time tracking, vacation management, and benefits administration; * Assist with internal marketing initiatives and internal communication. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Job Details:** * Work model: On-site * Location: Recreio dos Bandeirantes – Rio de Janeiro * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$900.00 \- R$1\.000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
