We are looking for a Claims Analyst to work in the internal claims department (administrative side and member support), responsible for managing incidents involving protected vehicles. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that the entire process is carried out quickly, accurately, and in compliance with the association's/company's internal regulations. Provide support and assistance to members via e\-mail and WhatsApp, maintaining clear and efficient communication. * Monitor cases from receipt through to validation completion.
