**Position: Benefits Analyst** **Location:** Recreio dos Bandeirantes **Employment type:** CLT **Compensation:** Salary Expectation **About the Position** We are seeking a **Benefits Analyst** with strong experience in high-volume benefits administration and nationwide operations. This professional will be responsible for the complete management of corporate benefits, ensuring process efficiency, budget control, and employee satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Manage **Transportation Voucher** and **Meal/Meal Allowance Voucher** processes at **national level**, ensuring compliance with internal policies and deadlines. * Conduct **monthly purchases of VT and VR**, as well as **management of employee inclusions and exclusions** on administrative platforms. * Monitor and validate invoices, checking amounts, quantities, and any discrepancies. * Provide support to employees regarding questions and requests related to benefits. * Control and update tracking spreadsheets using **intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)**. * Collaborate with suppliers and corporate HR, continuously seeking improvements in benefit processes and policies. * Maintain operational relationships and manage platforms **Pluxee (formerly Sodexo)** and **Ticket**. **Requirements** * Proven experience in **high-volume benefits administration**. * Experience with **Transportation Voucher** and **Meal/Meal Allowance Voucher** on a **national scale**. * Practical knowledge of **Pluxee** and **Ticket** platforms. * **Intermediate Excel skills** (VLOOKUP required). * Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling large volumes of data. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in large companies or organizations with national structure. * Knowledge of other corporate benefits (health, dental, life insurance, etc.).
