Job Summary: This role involves supporting accounting operations, including document management, financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in accounting entries and reconciliation of client transactions 2. Assistance in calculation, reconciliation, and closing of accounts 3. Preparation and analysis of trial balances **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request, sort, and follow up on client documents using our standard manual, adhering to deadlines and submission requirements; * Organize client document folders for improved visibility and ease of consultation; * Perform accounting entries and reconcile client transactions; * Verify provisions and entries issued by the Tax and Payroll departments; * Assist in calculation, reconciliation, and closing of accounts; * Prepare and assist in the analysis of trial balances; * Provide support for the IBGE survey form; * Assist in preparing and submitting the ECD and ECF; * Perform other similar tasks as required by the department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing or holding a completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences only; * Proven experience in the role; * Availability to work 100% on-site in Campinas city center. * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Strong communication skills; * Basic knowledge of accounting and banking routines; * Familiarity with CPC pronouncements. **Heringer & Matos** is an accounting firm founded with the purpose of delivering quality, timely service, and specialized support across all accounting and tax processes.
