**Location: Barra Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE Barra) – Avenida Ayrton Senna 1791 – Barra – Rio de Janeiro – RJ.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Collect treated water samples and analyze designated parameters according to instructions from the immediate supervisor;
* Collect raw water and effluent samples in accordance with established standards and forward them for laboratory analysis;
* Perform laboratory tasks as instructed, supporting services including washing, preparing, disinfecting, and sterilizing materials used for sampling and in laboratories; maintaining the laboratory area clean and aseptic; washing materials; managing the warehouse; and receiving physical-chemical and bacteriological samples;
* Receive, inspect, register, and distribute collected samples to respective departments;
* Perform, as directed and when necessary, other qualified tasks required by the company, including emergency situations and professional development opportunities;
* Adhere to scheduled cleaning/disinfection and preventive/corrective maintenance plans for laboratory, field, and transportation vehicle equipment;
* Enter laboratory-generated data into designated spreadsheets;
* Maintain, clean, sterilize, preserve, and properly use laboratory and field materials, instruments, and equipment;
* Drive company vehicles for field service, observing traffic safety rules and regulations.
* Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology).
**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Completed High School education;
* Valid and definitive Driver’s License Category B;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Preferred: Enrolled in Technical Education in Chemistry or Environmental Studies;
