Then join our team! **Grupo Tragga** is looking for an experienced, creative, and quality-committed **Sushiman** to work in our oriental kitchen and deliver a unique and memorable gastronomic experience to our customers. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese cuisine dishes with impeccable technique and presentation * Ensuring hygiene, quality, and freshness of ingredients * Assisting in assembling and organizing the sushi station’s **mise en place** * Managing expiration dates, storage, and preservation of seafood and ingredients * Adhering to the establishment’s defined standards for timing, aesthetics, and flavor * Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations **What we expect from you:** * Proven experience as a **Sushiman** * Knowledge of fish cutting techniques, rice preparation, and handling of raw fish * Attention to detail, agility, and sense of responsibility * Familiarity with good food-handling practices * Availability to work restaurant shifts, including weekends and holidays **What we offer:** Market-competitive salary \+ commission \+ performance-based targets \= Up to R$4000.00 **Work schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off **On-site meals** **Transportation allowance or fuel assistance** **30% discount at our stores** **TotalPass (covers 3 dependents)** **Clude (2 monthly therapy sessions, 1 session with a nutritionist, and unlimited sessions with a general practitioner)** **Dynamic work environment and genuine opportunity for professional growth** **Do you identify with this position?** Send your resume to **curriculos@grupotragga.com** **Subject:** Sushiman Position *Here, tradition, technique, and excellence go hand in hand.
