Negotiation and persuasion to retain students Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Madureira Learning Center — Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM Responsibilities: - Provide human-centered support to students requesting course suspension, cancellation, or transfer, seeking to reverse such decisions: • Through phone and WhatsApp communication; • By negotiating, persuading, and applying institutional policies with a focus on student retention; • By analyzing student requests and offering existing institutional services; • By assessing student performance to promote and implement initiatives and projects supporting student development and retention. Requirements: - Completed high school education; - Proficiency in using systems; - Experience in customer service; - Negotiation-oriented profile; - Residence very close to Irajá (one commute each way).
