We are seeking a strategic professional with strong leadership skills, systemic vision, and commercial expertise to manage the tactical operations within the Vehicle Protection segment, connecting teams, processes, marketing, and performance.

Key responsibilities:
\* Lead internal, external, and PJ teams;
\* Manage performance, productivity, prospecting, and commercial development;
\* Ensure standards for customer service, sales approach, and commercial execution;
\* Master CRM, commercial systems, and active process management;
\* Plan and monitor external activities, campaigns, and expansion strategies;
\* Monitor KPIs, targets, conversion rates, and indicators;
\* Track digital marketing campaigns and lead generation;
\* Integrate sales, marketing, registration, after-sales, and finance departments;
\* Identify quick improvements in processes, systems, and performance.

\* Completed undergraduate degree in management-related fields;
\* Experience in commercial leadership and people management;
\* Proficiency in CRM, commercial systems, and performance indicators;
\* Knowledge of digital marketing and campaigns;
\* Experience in external activities and commercial planning;
\* Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
