The **Grupo Azzurra** has a new opportunity for **Senior Financial Assistant!** We are looking for an organized, proactive, communicative professional with analytical thinking to join our **Accounts Receivable** team. **Come find out how you can make a difference on our team!** **Responsibilities and duties** **Discover what your daily routine will be like with us:** * Manage and monitor accounts receivable portfolios across multiple units; * Record payments and update the system with receivables; * Issue invoices and payment slips, as well as monitor delinquencies; * Conduct active collections; * Prepare performance control reports for the department; * Support credit analysis and billing release processes; * Interface with banks, credit card operators, and financing companies. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we value in this role:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields **(completed or in progress);** * Proficiency in Excel **(intermediate or advanced);** * Knowledge of ERP systems, financial automation, and accounting reconciliations **(Desirable);** * Previous experience in accounts receivable; * Previous experience in dealerships **(Preferred);** * Experience with credit card operations, financing, and consortia **(Preferred);** * Familiarity with collections platforms **(Preferred);** * Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills. **Additional information** **What do we offer?** **Salary:** Negotiable. * **Benefits:** TotalPass Transportation allowance Meal voucher On-site meals Bem mais benefícios Partnership with universities (Estácio de Sá and UVA) Discount on new vehicles and accessories **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 18:00, and Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Employment type:** 100% in-person **Job location:** Avenida Ayrton Senna, 3243, Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro \- RJ, 22775\-002, Brazil **Interested?
