The candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to external and internal teams, managing route control, monitoring vehicles, handling documentation, and supporting the transportation department. This role serves as the liaison between logistics operations and field teams, ensuring efficiency, safety, and process organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor vehicle routes in real time and support field teams * Maintain contact with the monitoring company * Send reports, documents, and operational information via e\-mail * Perform vehicle blocking and unblocking according to schedules, vacations, or absences * Track route performance and support productivity improvements * Conduct pre\-departure check\-lists and release field teams * Support the transportation department in operational requests * Prepare driver and assistant work schedules * Arrange hotel reservations for traveling teams
