Participation in feasibility analysis and legal requirements assessment of projects We are seeking an Architecture Intern to join Engefic, a construction and real estate development company with over 20 years of experience in the real estate market. The intern will support feasibility and legal requirement analyses for developments, accompany legalization processes with public authorities, assist in obtaining documentation and permits, organize and update technical projects and documents, and collaborate across different company departments to ensure quality and innovation in outcomes. **Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Support development structuring by analyzing feasibility and legal requirements for project approval and launch; * Participate in legalization processes with public authorities; * Assist in obtaining necessary documentation, approvals, and permits; * Support sourcing, negotiation, and contracting of partners and service providers for technical project development and complementary services; * Collaborate with the quality department to ensure compliance with internal processes; * Review, organize, and update technical and administrative documentation; * Monitor and maintain projects updated in the office's internal system; * Interact with various Engefic departments, contributing to innovation and optimization of company results. **Desired Education and Experience:** * Currently enrolled in Architecture and Urban Planning, with expected graduation starting July/2027\. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with technical drawing tools such as AutoCAD. * Basic understanding of architectural and urban design principles. * Excel proficiency is desirable. **Work Modality:** On-site, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Neighborhood:** Barra da Tijuca (Downtown Shopping) **City:** Rio de Janeiro **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance * Meal Voucher * Attendance Bonus: BRL 220.00 Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: BRL 1,900.00 per month Benefits: * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
