As a **Manufacturing Supervisor I**, you will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring that products meet established quality requirements, including product integrity and production order documentation. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise production operations, ensuring that products meet established quality requirements. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable regulations throughout the production process. * Monitor and manage training plans for the manufacturing team, aiming to improve their technical skills and ensure compliance with operational procedures. * Ensure adherence to production standards that reduce environmental impacts and support sustainability practices. * Participate, when necessary, in audits and inspections conducted by external entities, providing required information and clarifications to ensure the factory's compliance with external agencies. * Guide subordinates on quality practices in the manufacturing process, contributing to increased reliability and maintenance of established quality levels. * Develop and update operational procedures for the area of responsibility. * Interpret specifications and make judgments regarding the acceptability of ongoing production. * Assist and guide subordinates in resolving issues related to the manufacturing process. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Production Engineering.
