If you too are driven by dreams, results, and people, join us — Sólides is your place! **We are looking for a Cybersecurity Coordinator to help us fulfill this mission — leading operations and supporting the evolution of Sólides’ security strategy.** **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Coordinate technical and operational security initiatives, lead security professionals, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, data, and cloud infrastructure teams. * Lead and develop the cybersecurity team, conducting 1:1 meetings, providing continuous feedback, creating individual development plans (IDPs), and monitoring performance.
