If you answered yes to these questions, we have an opportunity for you! **Responsibilities** Perform operational activities of equipment and systems in the area, carrying out low-complexity predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance under supervision. Contribute to improvements in production and maintenance processes, support team development, and provide technical support to production processes. * Load the machine with production materials to ensure the expected production flow * Monitor the performance of the equipment/system assigned * Record consumption of products and components via computerized system * Conduct inspections and calibrations on systems/equipment in the assigned area under supervision * Participate in continuous improvement teams within your area of responsibility, providing input regarding the system/equipment operated when guided by a more experienced technician * Perform maintenance tasks emphasizing cleanliness, organization, safety, and other organizational tools * Work in pharmaceutical production areas complying with GMP requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment (mask, gloves, and dedicated attire) **Prerequisites** * Completed technical education in mechanical, electrical, electronic, automation, mechatronics, electromechanical, or related fields * Knowledge and proficiency in using technologies such as Microsoft Office and Management Systems * Experience in a production environment (preferred) * Knowledge of continuous improvement (preferred) **Working at Novo Nordisk** At Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change—we drive change.
