Job Summary: Professional responsible for maintaining carcass traceability and performing carcass weighing, using both computerized systems and manual controls. Key Highlights: 1. Control and record-keeping activities **Requirements:** * Basic computer skills. * Prior experience in this role. * Easy access to the Contagem region. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain traceability for each carcass by entering the waybill number along with loading information into the computerized system, scanning the label on each piece, and, upon completion, verifying the total scanned quantity and weight against the waybill. * Weigh carcasses supplied by Hiper Carnes by grouping the specified number of carcasses on the scale, waiting for stabilization before recording the weight, and manually logging the weight in the control spreadsheet.
