IT Coordinator

Description

Job Summary: The professional will develop and analyze KPIs, administer information systems, identify emerging technologies, and handle incident resolution and risk management. Key Highlights: 1. Handle incident, bug, and problem analysis, diagnosis, and resolution. 2. Lead innovation initiatives by proposing operational efficiency solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for system integration. * Develop, maintain, and analyze KPIs, dashboards, and business-supporting queries; * Administer, monitor, and ensure sustainability of the company's information systems by performing corrections, updates, and continuous improvements; * Identify, analyze, and participate in technical and economic\-financial feasibility studies for implementing new technologies and market solutions; * Handle analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents, bugs, and problems related to software, infrastructure, and integrations; * Manage risks associated with technology implementation and maintenance, ensuring compliance with Information Security practices; * Ensure availability and proper operation of equipment, servers, networks, and other IT assets by overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance; * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure corporate system integration and correct functionality; * Manage business continuity by developing and monitoring contingency and disaster recovery plans; * Provide user support by delivering training, guidance, and technical issue resolution; * Lead innovation initiatives by proposing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational growth; * Prepare managerial reports and present IT performance indicators to leadership. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience with Linux environments; * Experience administering web servers; * Knowledge of computer networks and telecommunications; * Experience with cloud environments; * Knowledge of Information Security; * Experience with backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam or Acronis; * Experience managing teams and providing technical leadership; * Knowledge of system analysis, infrastructure, and corporate support.
