We are looking for a **Senior Project Leader** who wants to grow with Vertigo! **\#GoVertigo** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Support the Project Coordinator in managing the projects under the department’s responsibility; * Assess the technical quality of deliverables received during the project; * Support the Project Coordinator in developing project plans, monitoring scope, validating deliverables, meeting deadlines, managing costs and risks, and removing impediments encountered during project execution; * Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance and implement actions that optimize desired outcomes and minimize deviations and waste; * Manage communication channels for information to ensure up-to-date project information is available; * Support financial management, procurement, and contracting activities for projects; * Participate in meetings with clients and internal departments; * Monitor project execution by contracted suppliers; * Perform technical validation, verification, and basic testing related to deliverables; * Provide periodic progress reports on projects to coordination, management, and clients; * Record, monitor, and perform basic validation of corrective requests during the warranty period; * Ensure documentation creation and knowledge transfer to the support team, using methodologies based on industry best practices; * Actively execute the project lifecycle—from conception and initiation through implementation and post-production; * Ensure compliance with internal processes aligned with the methodology adopted by the unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Reside in Rio de Janeiro, Brasília, or Campinas; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; * Experience with agile (e.g., Scrum and Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies; * Experience in process definition; * Experience with project management and tracking tools; * Experience in projects involving software development, process mapping, and tool customization; **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Postgraduate degree in Project Management; * Knowledge of Design Thinking and Design Sprint; * Knowledge of CMMI-Dev and MPS.BR; * Experience using Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian Jira; * Certifications in agile and traditional methodologies; * Certifications related to requirements specification; * Certifications related to processes; * Certifications related to metrics.
