Description
The professional will be responsible for performing and executing technical instrumentation tasks related to projects, maintenance and installations of devices, circuits, and other electronic equipment and instruments, guided by drawings, schematics, instructions, and other specific documents, and using appropriate instruments to ensure their proper functioning.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform maintenance activities on equipment and circuits, adjusting and correcting detected faults with the aid of diagrams, electrical drawings, appropriate tools and instruments, defined operational procedures, technical specifications, established schedules, and current safety and environmental regulations, aiming to maintain equipment in good condition and operational status and guarantee availability to meet production targets.
* Test electronic devices and components using high-precision instruments to detect and locate faults therein, identifying and repairing defects in components to ensure operational availability.
* Operate high-precision electronic equipment, interpreting instructions and activating commands to meet administrative, communication, research, and other requirements, in accordance with operational procedures, technical specifications, and current safety and environmental regulations, and monitor process variables to maintain stability and meet the Company's demands.
* Monitor the performance of electronic devices and related systems, collecting data and information about them, evaluating performance, and making intervention suggestions, communicating the findings for decision-making purposes.
* Execute activities guided by specific drawings and plans according to operational procedures, perform preliminary risk analysis (APR) and job safety analysis (AST) before starting any activity, and correctly use PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), tools, and work equipment to ensure safety and quality during task execution.
* Carry out planned activities in accordance with received instructions, checklists, and established procedures.
* Address routine process incidents in accordance with already-established models and schedules.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Technical-level education in Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Electroelectronics;
* Registration with CREA;
* NR-10 certification;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Driver's license, Category B.
