Summary of Responsibilities (Purpose of the Role): Updating daily breakdown data; Updating label issuance records; Updating procedures and standards; Monitoring purchase order status; Requesting invoices and receiving materials; Recording correspondence 2\. Scope of the Role Departments with which the role interfaces: Warehouse, Production Control (PCP), Occupational Safety, Production Departments. Number of direct and indirect reports: None 3\. Key Responsibilities / Activities 1\. Complete general internal controls (e.g., shift reports, Maintenance Requests – SM) via printed documents and systems to monitor departmental KPIs; 2\. Assist supervision, PCM, and engineering teams with administrative tasks; 3\. Perform administrative tasks supporting departmental routines, including data entry into spreadsheets, updating KPIs, conducting audits, and collecting various forms (SM, OS, Maintenance Spreadsheets); 4\. Clean and organize the work area and workplace immediately after use; 5\. Maintain confidentiality of production techniques, applied technology, and other restricted information related to manufacturing and administrative processes; 6\. Seek ways to promote self-development, aiming to ensure continuous personal and professional growth; 7\. Comply with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures, as well as conduct rules per the Company’s Code of Conduct; 8\. Fulfill and support dissemination of the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. 4\. Key Challenges and Complexities 1\. Comprehensive data collection for anomaly analysis and breakdown investigation; 2\. Information management for registration in Webformat; 5\. Stakeholder Relationships Internal External Occupational Safety, Warehouse, PCP, Production Departments, Procurement, Security, Finance, and HR. Follow\-up with suppliers. 6\. Qualifications/Requirements: 6\.1 Formal Qualifications and Experience: Knowledge and Experience: Microsoft Office Suite, Internet tools.
