




Job Summary: The Facilities Assistant is responsible for monitoring and inspecting the physical infrastructure, ensuring environmental preservation and quality, and supporting building logistics and organization. Oversee cleaning, organization, and maintenance routines **BE PART OF TOMORROW** **The Facilities Assistant must have:** Completed or ongoing higher education (Technical or Technologist degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields). Knowledge related to building administration and/or facilities management. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and inspect the physical infrastructure using checklists and on-site assessments to identify needs across departments. * Ensure the institution's environmental preservation and quality by maintaining all areas in optimal condition for use. * Oversee and verify cleaning, organization, building maintenance, and third-party service provider routines. * Perform equipment adjustments and minor building repairs. * Manage internal building logistics and assist with asset movement. Support inventory control and storage of materials and equipment. * Facilitate communication among building administration, staff, and the general public. * Guide staff, faculty, students, and visitors regarding rules, procedures, schedules, and institutional environment organization. **Salary: 2\.322,00** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 1:45 PM to 10:45 PM; Saturday: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM** **Location: Downtown Curitiba.** **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Meal allowance \- BRL 37.46 per day.
