Job Summary: Perform maintenance, inspection, and preparation of agricultural equipment, as well as guide customers and prospect services in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Customer interaction and service prospecting **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform maintenance and inspections of equipment (Tractor, Combine Harvester, Planter, Sprayer, and other products in the portfolio); Prepare new equipment (assembly); Conduct pre\-deliveries and technical deliveries of new equipment to customers; Provide usage guidance and instructions to customers; Visit customers to prospect equipment inspections; Close service orders; Inspect used machinery; Estimate parts and service costs; Schedule services using the field checklist; Close service orders directly with customers in the field; Perform preventive inspections; Prepare DTAC; Unload new equipment arriving from the factory, as well as equipment transferred between branches; Prospect services whenever opportunities arise; Guide and instruct technical assistants daily; Perform minor welding as required for repairs; Complete internal workshop documentation (daily timekeeping records).
