Job Summary: The attendant is responsible for refueling vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the organization and safety of the gas station. Key Highlights: 1. Additional services such as windshield washing and tire inflation #### **About the position:** High-quality service and excellent customer service delight any customer, right? Therefore, the attendant becomes a key role at gas stations. The professional in this role will be responsible for refueling and serving customers, ensuring a positive and safe experience during their visit to the station. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Provide customer service, informing customers about fuel consumption, need for replenishment, and other vehicle-related consumables; * Monitor fuel pump operations to deliver products in required quantities; * Refuel vehicles and heavy machinery with gasoline, ethanol, and diesel, while tracking fuel inventory levels; * Wash vehicle windshields and windows; * Inflate tires and verify appropriate pressure based on vehicle type, load, or road conditions; * Check engine oil and other vehicle fluids; * Sell gas station products; * Inform customers of prices, collect payments, and provide change; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, ensuring service safety and quality. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Serve customers according to company-mandated service standards; * Follow operational procedures required for the position; * Demonstrate cooperative spirit and teamwork; * Be agile and detail-oriented; * Commit to assigned responsibilities; * Prior experience in this role will be considered an advantage; #### **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance * Health assistance * Telemedicine * Telepsychology * Dental plan * Nutritionist coaching * Sports coaching * Attendance program * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Benefits club * Pharmacy discounts #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Daily working hours: 7 hours and 20 minutes * Shift rotation: 6 days on, 1 day off
