About the Role: The R&D Analyst will be responsible for developing all processes involved in product research and development projects (Initiation, Technical-Economic Evaluation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure). Responsibilities: * Lead the execution of R&D projects across all stages, from project initiation through to closure; * Prepare, review, and approve product technical documentation, ensuring standardization and proper storage; * Monitor and/or conduct internal or external laboratory testing; * Monitor product testing during production; * Validate results of new production processes; * Send samples for internal or external testing—including for customers, other group companies, or external laboratories; * Conduct technical-economic evaluations of projects and products with support from coordination/management; * Deliver training and conduct external technical presentations. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Knowledge of project management and familiarity with production processes relevant to the role; * Experience in adhesive, printing, or related industries; * Fluent English required.
