RESPONSIBILITIES: * Clean the sales floor, warehouse, restrooms, counters, tables, walls, windows, and glass surfaces; * Organize products on display in the store; * Serve coffee, tea, and chimarrão to customers; * Monitor inventory and suggest purchases of materials relevant to your area of responsibility; * Ensure custody, preservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of your assigned area. QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in cleaning and/or as a domestic worker in large facilities; * Alignment with the company’s culture and values. What you will do before store opening: * Welcome/onboarding: Learning about Quero\-Quero, its culture, values, and core principles; * Learning: Training and development (Online and in-person); * Actions (External prospecting of new customers and store setup). Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
