Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative, proactive, and passionate sales professional to prospect leads, conduct personalized assessments, close sales, manage post-sales, and establish partnerships. Support in updating and innovating the sales process We are looking for a **communicative, proactive, and sales-passionate professional** to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Lead prospecting (active and passive); * Scheduling consultations and follow-up to ensure attendance; * Lead qualification prior to consultation; * Conduct personalized assessments, identify client needs, and present Magrass plans; * Close sales, collect payments, and explain contracts; * Perform post-sales: monitor client success throughout their weight-loss journey, satisfaction level, issues encountered, and social proof; * Re-engage non-converting clients; * Establish successful commercial partnerships; * Support updating and innovating the sales process. **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and approachability; * Results-oriented mindset and motivation to tackle challenges; * Organization and accountability; * Sales experience and/or goal-oriented work experience is a plus; * Desire to grow with the company (career development plan available).
