The professional will be responsible for document control, report preparation, schedule monitoring, supplier communication, and support for engineering activities. **Responsibilities:** * Control and organize technical documents, reports, and construction or project schedules; * Conduct quotations, research pricing, and maintain communication with suppliers; * Assist in budget analysis, measurements, and other information related to project planning and execution; * Support the engineering team in administrative and operational tasks; * Contribute to field activity monitoring when required; * Assist in preparing spreadsheets, presentations, and supporting materials for project management. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or currently enrolled**; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities; * Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
