Ensure delivery stability by designing automated tests. * Work directly with end users to understand their pain points and propose improvements that optimize internal processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1\+ year of experience in web system development; * Proficiency in at least one of the following **Javascript frameworks: Vue.Js, React, or Angular.** * Knowledge of Git/Github; * Familiarity with agile methodologies SCRUM/Kanban; * Completed or nearing completion of a degree in Technology. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with frameworks **Ruby on Rails (Rby)**, **Django(Python), Sinatra (Ruby), Laravel (PHP)** **Profile:** * Commitment * Dynamism * Strong communication skills * Agility * Logical reasoning * Teamwork **Employment Type:** CLT – Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote in Curitiba/PR. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:45 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Benefits:** * Paraná Clínicas Health Plan extendable to family members, with no monthly co-payment — only 20% co-payment for consultations * Dental plan * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria * PPR bonus of up to 1\.3 times the monthly salary upon achievement of goals
