Job Summary: An organized and detail-oriented professional to support the collections department’s daily operations, assisting in tracking delinquent customers and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Support the collections department’s daily operations by assisting in telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail follow-up with delinquent customers; record and update information in spreadsheets and internal tracking systems; monitor pending items and negotiations until resolution; collect and organize necessary documents for legal department submissions, such as invoices, e\-mails, purchase receipts, and negotiation history; provide administrative support to collectors; interact with other departments to resolve discrepancies related to billing, orders, and documentation; monitor agreements and payments received. Requirements: An extremely organized and detail-oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with customers and internal departments, professional demeanor, proactivity, and capacity to responsibly manage tasks and pending items. Basic Excel knowledge is required for filling out, updating, and creating simple spreadsheets, as well as document control and recording of follow-up activities.
