Responsible for supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring the proper operation of machines, equipment, facilities, and systems within the company, with emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and reduction of operational costs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and building maintenance teams. Assign tasks and monitor service execution. Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and internal procedures. Request and manage materials, tools, and spare parts. Monitor maintenance performance indicators and propose improvements. Conduct technical inspections of equipment and facilities. Prepare technical reports and maintenance records. Support failure analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Manage third-party contractors and maintenance service providers. Ensure workplace organization and upkeep. **Requirements:** Requirements Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in industrial, building, or facilities maintenance. Experience leading teams. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Knowledge of occupational safety regulations. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is desirable.
